Jeff Russo

Jeff Russo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at GoHealth since May 2024, Jeff previously held the position of Senior Manager for CRM: MarTech & Personalization at McDonald’s from June 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Jeff directed marketing efforts at OppFi, focusing on customer growth and retention through targeted campaigns. Jeff's early career includes significant roles in email marketing and customer support at companies such as Brad's Deals, Empire Today, and Restaurant.com, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of revenue-driving channels, developing marketing strategies, and managing customer service teams. Jeff Russo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from Columbia College Chicago.
