Deepak Thomas

Deepak Thomas is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and quality control. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at IndiGo Airlines since July 2007, Deepak holds a valid Indian License to certify maintenance on various Airbus A320 and A320neo engines. In this role, Deepak operates as the Shift-In-Charge at the IndiGo Engineering Bangalore station. Prior experience at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited from February 1999 to July 2007 included the position of Deputy Manager and Quality Control Inspector, overseeing an aircraft component overhaul quality control inspection team and managing a military aircraft overhaul shop floor team. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, graduated in 1998.
