Shubham Pahwa

Shubham Pahwa is a seasoned professional in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at IndiGo since December 2023, Shubham has previously held leadership roles in CSR and Diversity & Inclusion at Bata India Limited and managed CSR initiatives for Tata Power Group Companies in Odisha. A dedicated volunteer with IndiJan focusing on rural development, Shubham's early career included impactful internships at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN), and Open Community Seelampur, where significant work was done in areas such as gender-based violence and community development. Shubham holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Satyawati College.
