Brian Hiener

Brian has over 25 years of global leadership experience, with a focused career in call center management. Prior to joining Goji, Brian was the Senior Vice President of Philippines Operations for IBEX Global Solutions, where he grew the company from 1,000 employees to 6,000. Brian also served as the Senior Director of Account Management and Operations for Convergys. Brian earned a B.A. in business administration from North Florida University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing billiards, watching UFC, and playing golf.
