Malene Swan has worked in the customer service industry since 2011. Malene began their career as a Provider Service Rep at Tufts Health Plan in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Mercer Management Consulting as a Customer Service Rep. In 2013, they joined Goji as a Licensed Sales Agent and later became a ULA Manager.
Malene Swan attended Latin Academy from 1986 to 1992 and Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1995.
