Taylor Goodman

Taylor Goodman currently serves as the VP of Talent and Organizational Development at GOJO Industries since May 2022. Prior experience includes a progression through various roles at PwC from Senior Associate Consultant to Director within the Management Consulting Organization, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, organizational design, and transformational change. Additionally, Taylor held the position of Development Director at the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, concentrating on board development and fundraising, and worked in roles related to development and communications at the Energy Coordinating Agency and LEADERSHIP Philadelphia. Taylor holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in French from Haverford College.
