Gokhale Method
Esther Gokhale is the CEO and Founder of Gokhale Method Institute, Inc., a position held since July 2012, after founding the organization in October 1986. The institute is dedicated to posture and movement re-education, offering services, research, products, and philanthropic initiatives aimed at promoting optimal health. Additionally, Esther Gokhale founded the Esther Gokhale Wellness Center, which operated from 1986 to 2009. Esther Gokhale's educational background includes an AB in Biochemistry from Princeton University and earlier studies at Harvard University and Bombay International School.
