Els Martens

Els Martens is a seasoned event manager with extensive experience in sports and entertainment. Currently serving as Event Manager at Golazo since December 2018, Els plays a key role in the organization of the European Running Championships 2025 in Brussels and Leuven, overseeing operational and logistical aspects for various running events. Els also works as a Freelance Event Coordinator at LOXO and holds the position of Event Hospitality Manager for Zesdaagse Vlaanderen - Gent. Additionally, Els has prior experience with Tomorrowland in operations and served as a guest lecturer at Thomas More-hogeschool, teaching Project Event Organization. Previously, Els worked as an Event Supervisor at KMDA vzw and engaged with student activities at Thomas More, alongside various roles at Jongerencentrum Bouckenborgh. Els holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, specializing in Sports and Cultural Management.
