Bella Vitu currently serves as the People and Culture and Office Manager at the gold Youth Development Agency since June 2025. Previous experience includes the role of Human Resources Assistant - Talent at mothers2mothers from November 2024 to May 2025, and serving as a Human Resources Administrator and Intern at SAOTA from February 2022 to November 2024. Bella began a career in support roles at Kingswood College as a Student Assistant, providing various forms of student support from January 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Bella contributed to the Neighbourhood Old Age Homes (NOAH) in 2016 through community service. Bella holds an Honours degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Organisational Psychology and Political Studies from Rhodes University, alongside a High School Diploma from St Joseph's Marist College.
