Marilyn Lagandaon has extensive experience in retail management and merchandising, currently serving as the Alcatraz Inventory Manager for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing inventory, leading teams, strategizing annual physical inventory processes, and analyzing sales data. Previous roles at the same organization include Alcatraz Assistant Retail Manager and Assistant Merchandising Manager, where accomplishments involved the development of excel macros to enhance operational efficiency and leading merchandising initiatives. Marilyn's earlier career includes positions such as Lead Sales Associate at Blick Art Materials and various internships that provided foundational skills in customer service and inventory management, complemented by a background in studio art with a focus on sculpture and photography from San Francisco State University.
