Shauna Youtzy

Shauna Youtzy, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Voice of America since September 2020 and also provides expertise as a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert at Golden Key Group, LLC, starting in July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist at DynCorp International from February 2015 to July 2019, where multifaceted program support was provided, and as a Human Resources Consultant for USAID from April 2014 to February 2015, focusing on mining investment and development in Afghanistan. Previous positions include an HR Generalist Associate/Executive Admin role and a MWR Manager at DynCorp International, as well as a Human Resource Generalist position.
