Income/Commissions

With an average commission of $500 for each new enrollment, there’s nearly 1.75 billion in NEW commissions entering the market every year. With stable growth and retention, you could comfortably land an annual salary of $120,000 – $180,000 in four to five seasons.
 
Access to Leads

At Golden Outlook, our agents take the lead! All of our agents are given access to our online portal with sales leads, sales and marketing guidelines, marketing materials and a self-service event submission system. In addition, you will work with a dedicated Territory Manager who can provide solutions and on-going business support.
 
Marketing Support

Events are important, so is the task of expanding your influence. Here at Golden Outlook, you will have access to Traditional and Digital Marketing Support. Our team will work with you to formulate a plan for your agent and beneficiary related events with essential tools for client retention and brand awareness. We offer Co-Op dollars along with branded flyers, mailers, social media strategies and email campaign support that will help expand your network and income.
