Ruslan Logmanoglu is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project and product management, particularly in the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Fintech Product Manager at GoldenPay OJSC since March 2024, Ruslan leads a team focused on the development and optimization of fintech products while overseeing product roadmaps. Prior to this, Ruslan was a Project Program Coordinator at Code Academy from March 2023 to March 2024, facilitating collaborations among partners, teachers, and students. GoldenPay was launched in December 2008, after receiving the requisite online security certifications from Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode), as the first online payment service provider in Azerbaijan. Four months later, HOTNET became the first merchant to be connected to the system. Since then we have connected hundreds of merchants and have played a major role in the introduction of e-Commerce in Azerbaijan.
