Sean Usleton has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Sean started their career as an IT Manager at Backyard Adventures, where they managed the IT department and implemented various IT projects. Sean then joined West Texas A&M University as a Lead Programmer, leading a team in developing and maintaining a web application for online courses. Sean also served as the Interim Distance Learning Supervisor, managing the distance learning department and providing training and strategic recommendations. Later, Sean worked at Pantex Plant as a Senior IT Architect, specializing in Windows servers and desktops. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate Technology at Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc., responsible for managing the corporate technology and playing a key role in application delivery and enterprise architecture.
Sean Usleton received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from West Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2002. Sean then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems and Management at the same university from 2002 to 2005.

Organized in 1984 to provide low cost, reliable electric service for our rural cooperative members, we are a tax-exempt, consumer-owned public utility. Through our 16 member systems, we provide electric service to approximately 287,000 members located in the Oklahoma Panhandle and an area covering 24 percent of Texas, including the Panhandle, South Plains, and Edwards Plateau Regions.
