Golden Storage provides investment opportunities in self-storage real estate. We handle finding, vetting, structuring, closing, and managing self-storage facilities for both self-funded and investor-funded projects. 

For each new facility we bring on it is created under the “Freedom Threshold Pursuit,” or FTP, moniker.  

FTP Mission Statement: 

Freedom Threshold Pursuit (FTP) was established to create space, opportunity, and financial freedom for all through business and real estate. 

FTP1 = Best N Texas Self Storage (29k sqrft) was acquired in October of 2023 
FTP2 = Arlie Moore Boat and Mini Storage (14k sqrft) was acquired in December of 2023 
FTP3 = Space Maker Mini Storage (24k sqr ft) was acquired in August of 2024
LV1 (Equity Partner) = Mercedes Self Storage (10k sqr ft) was acquired in September of 2024
FTP4 = Drew Self Storage (9k sqr ft) was acquired in February of 2025
FTP5 = Access Storage (29k sqr ft) was acquired in June of 2025
