Ben Eisenstein has extensive work experience in the finance and legal industry. Ben currently holds the position of Director and Finance Counsel at GoldenTree Asset Management, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Milbank LLP for six years, starting as an Associate in September 2016 and leaving in May 2022. Ben also gained experience at Goldman Sachs as a Secondee in the Investment Banking Division from January 2021 to August 2021. In 2015, they worked at Milbank LLP as a Summer Associate, and in 2014, they worked at Exiger as a Summer Analyst.
Ben Eisenstein attended Syracuse University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree. During their time at Syracuse, they pursued a dual major in Public Relations and Economics. In 2011, Ben also studied International Finance at the City University of Hong Kong for a brief period. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend New York Law School from 2013 to 2016, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, in 2020, Ben obtained a certification in Venture Deals from NovoEd.
