Álvaro Núñez Briones

Álvaro Núñez Briones is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resource management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Golder since June 2021, Álvaro previously held significant roles at Cementos Bío Bío SA and FLSmidth, where responsibilities included overseeing talent attraction and human resources business partnering. Álvaro's career began with diverse roles in recruitment and training at various mining and healthcare companies. Notably, the international experience in Canada enriched Álvaro's cultural perspective and language skills. Álvaro holds a Master’s degree in People Management and Organizational Behavior from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Norte.
