Andrew McConvey

Andrew McConvey is a seasoned professional in the finance industry with extensive experience in quantitative trading and market analysis. Currently serving as a professional in FX Systematic Market Making at Goldman Sachs since July 2017, Andrew previously held the position of Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2016, where a comprehensive internship program was completed. Earlier experiences include a Trading Intern role at Akuna Capital, where Andrew focused on options theory and market-making, and an internship at Cantor Fitzgerald on the ETF Trading Desk, where models for trade evaluation were developed. Andrew also gained experience through internships at Rossport Investments and G3 Technologies, in addition to research work at Rutgers University. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and advanced degrees in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and the University of Notre Dame.
