Daniel Pepe

Daniel Pepe is an experienced finance professional specializing in risk management and commercial real estate. Currently serving as an Associate in Risk, Structured Finance & CRE at Goldman Sachs since May 2024, Daniel previously held roles at First Citizens Bank as Assistant Vice President for Commercial Real Estate and at CIT, where a progression of titles included Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Finance and several positions in underwriting and portfolio management. Before that, Daniel worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at American Mortgage Group, managing relationships and underwriting various loan types. Daniel also served as General Manager at NOIL USA, overseeing multiple operational aspects of the San Diego branch. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Florida State University.
