Max K.

Max K. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Growth Equity Capital Raising at Goldman Sachs since September 2024. Previously, Max held the position of Partner and Global Head of Capital Formation at TCG from January 2022 to May 2024. During a tenure at PJT Partners from January 2013 to January 2022, Max focused on sourcing and managing private equity fund capital raising mandates, following a role at Blackstone in the Park Hill Group. Early career experience includes working in leveraged finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Max holds a B.A. in Economics and Business and Policy Studies, graduating summa cum laude from Lafayette College, and a high school diploma from Saddle River Day School.
