Maya Pruitt

Maya Pruitt is an experienced AR Creator currently working at Snap Inc. since October 2020, where contributions to the Spotlight Residency and Snap Lens Network have led to over 18.13 million views on Snapchat. In addition to current roles at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and previous positions in product design, Maya serves as an Adjunct Professor of AR at New York University, teaching an original course on augmented reality. Other notable experiences include interactive prototyping at Polae LLC and UX/UI design at the American Museum of Natural History. Maya holds a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science with additional studies in Studio Art and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College, complemented by a background in Visual Arts from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and The Performing Arts.
