Reginald Andre

Reginald Andre is the Global Head of Learning for the M&A Business at Goldman Sachs, where a career spanning over 19 years includes key leadership roles such as Chief of Staff for the M&A division and Vice President across various teams within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, including Global Portfolio Solutions and Alternative Investments. Reginald has extensive experience in overseeing business operations, managing large investment portfolios, and implementing strategic initiatives, highlighted by managing over $113 billion in assets and leading a significant private equity fund-of-funds program. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Reginald serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Getting Out and Staying Out, a nonprofit focused on reducing recidivism among young men in New York City, where leadership includes setting strategic direction and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University.
