Wes Cole

Wes Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Talent Lead for the GS Value Accelerator at Goldman Sachs since 2021, Wes previously held the position of Director at Dore Partnership, specializing in high-impact leadership searches for financial sponsors. Wes's earlier roles include Executive Vice President and Head of Technology Sector at Notch Partners, LLC, where over 100 executives were placed in key positions, and CEO of Vobi, a VC-backed startup that launched a cloud-based messaging platform. Additional significant positions include Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Services at Alcatel-Lucent, where a $1B P&L was established, and Principal at Gefinor Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments.
