Hao (Henry) Lİ, MBA, currently serves as HRBP for the CIS, Caucasia & Baltic Region at Goldwind since August 2023. With a rich background in human resources and operations, Lİ previously held multiple HRBP roles at Xiaomi Technology, focusing on international business in the Middle East, Turkey, and Pakistan from February 2022 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes positions at ByteDance, ZTE Corporation, and China TianChen Engineering Corporation, among others, demonstrating expertise in human resources, operations analysis, and delivery leadership. Lİ holds an MBA in General Management from Bilkent University and advanced degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication from Shanghai International Studies University, along with double bachelor's degrees in English Language and Journalism Studies from Wuhan University.
