Noel Lean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs, communications, and government engagement. Currently serving as the Head of ESG and Government Engagement at Goldwind since May 2020, Noel has successfully established an ESG function recognized by international banks and global companies, while also leading strategic government engagements. Prior to this role, Noel held various senior communication positions at Downer, contributing to employee engagement and marketing strategies. Additional experience includes volunteering with the Aboriginal Heritage Office to protect First Nations heritage sites and serving as a Director at Kaizer Consulting. Noel holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and has participated in a Senior Leadership Development Program at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
