Ba Thinh (Richard) Dao is an experienced professional in the field of power systems, currently serving as Grid Connections Manager at Goldwind since November 2024. Previously, Ba Thinh held the position of Grid Connection Manager at Global Power Generation Australia from November 2021 to November 2024 and worked as a Power System Engineer at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) from October 2019 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Power System Engineer at FortEng from August 2018 to September 2019. Ba Thinh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Power System from UNSW, attained in July 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Power System from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, completed in June 2008.
