Ruchir Joshi is an experienced firmware engineer with a strong background in developing software for consumer health and fitness equipment. Currently serving as a Firmware Engineer/Lead at Motive since May 2021, Ruchir previously held the position of Staff Firmware Engineer at Nautilus Inc. from December 2014 to May 2021. Prior to that, Ruchir worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Garmin International, contributing to the design and development of a next-generation portable aviation system. Additional experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at Touchplate Technologies, where Ruchir designed and developed a network lighting control system. Ruchir holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
