Thomas Tarp Hansen

Thomas Tarp Hansen is an experienced R&D hardware engineer with a diverse background in automotive and electronic engineering. Currently serving as an R&D HW Engineer at GomSpace since January 2021, Thomas has previously held positions such as R&D Lead Engineer - Hardware at Magnatek and a hardware engineer role at GomSpace. Thomas's career includes significant contributions at Continental, Emitec Denmark, Develco A/S, Carlo Gavazzi, and MAN B&W DIESEL A/S, where notable achievements include the design of the electronic lubricator known as “Alpha Lubricator” for marine applications. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunication from Aalborg University, completed in 2001.
