Benjamin Austin has extensive experience in the IT field. Benjamin most recently worked as a System Engineer at GoNetspeed since November 2020. Prior to this, they had a two-year tenure at Modula USA, where they held the positions of IT Application & Customer Care Support and IT Support. Before that, they served as a System Administrator I at Covenant Health. Benjamin's experience also includes working as an IT/Network Technician at FirstLight (Fiber) for three years and as a Software Specialist and Computer Specialist at County of Cumberland. Benjamin began their career as a PC/Lan Tech at TD, where they worked for four years.
Benjamin Austin attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to this, they were enrolled at the University of Maine at Farmington from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on Business/Managerial Economics. In June 2013, Benjamin also obtained an A+ Certification from CompTIA.
