Gary Weber

Gary Weber is the Director of Engineering Management and Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Gonzaga University, with a tenure beginning in August 2021. Prior to this, Gary served as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology at Eastern Washington University from September 2019 to June 2021. A significant portion of Gary's career spans over three decades at Boeing, where Gary held the position of Associate Technical Fellow Engineer, contributing to various areas including fabrication technical support, metal alloy development, commercial airplane product development, and manufacturing process development from 1986 to 2019. Gary's educational background includes a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Washington, as well as both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with degrees obtained from Washington State University and Gonzaga University, respectively.
