Emily Bentley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked at Sky Zone Trampoline Park as a Social Media, Donations and Fundraising Coordinator, and eventually became an Assistant Manager before leaving in April 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Bartender and Server at Western Racquet Club and also as a Certified Personal Trainer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2022, they joined SpotHopper as a Sales Intern and later became a Business Development Representative. Emily also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at the Wisconsin Athletic Club. Currently, they are at Good Karma Brands, where they started as a Marketing Intern in October 2022 and transitioned to the role of Digital Account Manager in January 2023.

Emily Bentley attended Waukesha South High School from 2014 to 2018. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies, specializing in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, while at the university, Emily also pursued a minor in Kinesiology, focusing on Health Science. Throughout their education, Emily obtained certifications in CPR & AED through the American Red Cross and as a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sport Science Association.

Craig Karmazin founded Good Karma Brands in 1997 with the purchase of three radio stations in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Shortly thereafter, he was fortunate that a number of his childhood friends decided to join him.
