Keith Williams has a broad range of work experience in various roles and industries. Keith began their career in 1999 as a Vice President at Good Karma Brands and held several positions within the company, including Vice President, Market Manager in Madison and Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President/Market Manager at ESPN Chicago.

In 2017, Keith joined COSE (Council of Smaller Enterprises) as a member of the Board of Advisors, where they advocated for small businesses in the Northeast Ohio region. Keith also served on the Velosano Steering Committee at the Cleveland Clinic, a community initiative raising funds for cancer research through cycling. Keith was a dedicated board member and Vice Chairman at A Kid Again, an organization that supports families with children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

Additionally, Keith contributed to various organizations, such as Business Forums International and French Creek YMCA, serving on executive committees and as a board member, respectively. Keith'sdiverse work experience demonstrates their commitment to community involvement and leadership in multiple sectors.

Keith Williams attended NBTHS from 1989 to 1993. Keith then pursued their degree in Business Logistics at Penn State University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

Craig Karmazin founded Good Karma Brands in 1997 with the purchase of three radio stations in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
