Stephanie Prince-Springmyer has a strong background in sales, marketing, and management. Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at G2 Direct & Digital in 2006. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Consultant at ESPN West Palm. In these roles, they gained experience in account management and marketing strategies.

In 2007, Stephanie joined Good Karma Brands as the Director of Sales & Marketing at ESPN West Palm, where they were responsible for overseeing the sales team and managing the marketing budget. Stephanie also created and managed marketing campaigns, promotions, and contests for the company. Stephanie later became the General Manager and Vice President & Market Manager, overseeing the entire West Palm market and managing the sales, marketing, and content teams. Stephanie played a key role in the success of the company's radio stations and digital platforms.

Stephanie Prince-Springmyer began their education at Florida State University in 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Stephanie successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2005 at the College of Business. Afterwards, Stephanie continued their academic journey at the same institution and enrolled in the Masters program for Integrated Marketing Communications. Stephanie received their Masters degree in 2006 from Florida State University.

Craig Karmazin founded Good Karma Brands in 1997 with the purchase of three radio stations in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Shortly thereafter, he was fortunate that a number of his childhood friends decided to join him.
