Michael Lamb, LPC, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in asset protection, safety, and security within the retail industry. Currently serving as the owner of MLamb Consulting Services, LLC since January 2021, Michael previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Protection at Kroger, following a distinguished tenure with Walmart and The Home Depot in various leadership roles. Michael’s expertise encompasses shrink and waste management, regulatory compliance, and the development of loss prevention strategies across large-scale retail operations. Education includes a degree in Security Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and further studies at Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
