Prior to this, Michael held various senior risk management roles at Nordea, including Chief Operational Risk Expert and Head Of Risk Management Solutions. With a background in strategy consultancy and experience in program and project management in the banking sector, Michael has a strong foundation in operational risk management. Michael also has a diverse educational background, holding degrees in Archaeology, History, and Business.
