Yvonne Kraetschmer

Yvonne Kraetschmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fraud investigation and customer service within the airline industry. Currently serving as the First Fraud Investigation Manager at Goodgame Studios since June 2012, Yvonne focuses on analyzing credit card payments for fraudulent activities and managing fraud cases while also training new employees.
