Leanne Edmonds is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and the performing arts. Prior to Goodlord, Leanne worked for BrewDog as a Customer Service Crew member, contributing to team communication and managing cryptocurrency transactions. Leanne's experience also includes leading early childhood classes at Gymboree Play & Music, guiding tours for Big Bus Tours, and performing as an actor at prestigious venues such as Merlin Entertainments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Buckinghamshire New University and diplomas in Musical Theatre and Acting & Performance from Fife College and North East Scotland College, respectively.

We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, landlord and tenant. Generation Rent means a drastic growth in the number of tenants in the market with higher levels of digital expectation, so there is now more than ever a need for agents to adapt to a changing marketplace. By digitising the pre-tenancy process, Goodlord eliminates complications, paperwork and inefficiencies to move the rental process more in line with the expectations of a generation that expects to complete purchases, order take-aways and hail a taxi using their phone in seconds.
