Chad Haddock

Chad Haddock is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Since May 2018, Chad has served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Goodman Manufacturing, a member of Daikin, after holding the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director at the same company since October 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Human Resources at PSC, overseeing human resources for over 900 employees across multiple states, and as Director of Human Resources and Safety at Stork Materials Technology. Chad has also held managerial positions at Center Point Energy, The Minute Maid Company, and HEB, demonstrating a commitment to developing effective recruitment strategies and enhancing workplace culture. Chad holds a BA in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word.
