Mark G. Johnson

Mark is a trained accountant and spent 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was CEO from 2008 to 2012 as well as holding positions as Asian Deputy-Chairman and as a member of PwC’s global strategy council. He is currently Chairman of G8 Education Limited, Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia and Aurecon Group Pty Ltd. Mark is also a director at Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and the Smith Family, and a Councillor at UNSW Sydney.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) degree and is a Fellow, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Certified Practicing Accountant Australia and Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors.
