Nicki Otter earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Human Resources from the University of Gloucestershire from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bsc (hons) in Psychology with a 2:1 grade from the University of Liverpool between 1999 and 2002.
