Eugene Edwards has extensive experience in workforce development and program administration, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Advancement at Goodwill Central Texas since March 2012. Previous roles at Goodwill include Manager of Grant Administration and Program Service Quality, Manager of Intake and Eligibility, Grant Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator, and Placement Specialist II/III. Prior to Goodwill, Eugene held managerial positions at Casino Knights from May 2001 to December 2015 and served as Quitline Evaluations Team Supervisor and Quitline Specialist at the American Cancer Society from September 2006 to October 2010. Eugene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, attending from 1996 to 2005, and graduated from Duncanville High School in 1996.
