Katy Gaul-Stigge is a seasoned leader in workforce development, currently serving as the President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey. Previously, Katy held the position of Executive Director at the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development and served as Deputy Commissioner for Employment & Contracts at the City of New York's Human Resources Administration. Katy's extensive experience in workforce initiatives also includes a role as Assistant Commissioner for Workforce1 Training & Advancement. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work in Policy from Columbia University (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Mount Holyoke College (1991-1995).
