Jason Burns

Jason Burns is an experienced operations leader in eCommerce and supply chain management, currently serving as the Vice President of Ecommerce Operations at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., since January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where Jason managed a department consisting of up to 1,000 direct reports and held responsibilities across various operational segments, including quality assurance and inbound processes. Jason's background also includes internships at the Supply Chain Management Institute and Goodwill, as well as experience as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Waukesha South High School. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management & Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
