Paula Kreps

Paula Kreps, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette, where responsibilities include the development, management, and administration of employee benefits for a large workforce. Expertise encompasses the Federal Medical Leave Act, Oregon and Washington leave laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, with a focus on ensuring compliance and communication of relevant information to management and employees. Previously, Paula held positions as an Employee Benefits Specialist, E-Commerce Book and Media Manager, and E-commerce Assistant Manager, managing a significant inventory and overseeing personnel. Paula also volunteered with Friends of the Children, contributing to the Million Books for Kids initiative. Paula holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Philosophy from Pepperdine University and attended Lewis & Clark Law School.
