Scott Louch is the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes, where Scott has held various senior management positions since August 2007. Prior to that, Scott worked as the Engineering and Facilities Manager at KML Windows- Andersen Windows and Doors. Scott has experience in Change Management, Lean Initiatives implementation, Project Management, Health and Safety, Construction Management, and Procurement and Materials Management. Scott holds a degree in Urban Planning from Fanshawe College.
