Sara Gingery has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sara began their career at Giant Eagle, where they worked as a Daycare Provider and later became a Department Manager. Sara then worked at IMG Academy as a Guest Relations staff member, Sales Coordinator, and eventually became the Assistant Manager, responsible for client satisfaction, personnel management, and inventory control.

Sara later joined Argosy University as an Admissions representative, where they organized recruitment activities, conducted interviews, and enrolled qualified candidates. Sara then worked at Goodwill Manasota as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager, and finally as the Learning and Development Manager. In these roles, they handled various HR functions, carried out staffing and succession planning, and implemented learning initiatives to support the organization's mission.

Sara also gained experience at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they played a key role in recruitment, process improvement, and building best practices.

Currently, Sara is serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Goodwill Manasota, leading the development and implementation of education programs and resources for the organization and its communities. Sara also supports quality assurance and customer service for all subscription services.

Sara Gingery obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Argosy University Sarasota in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest Clarion during 2001-2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Getting Things Done," and "Improving Your Conflict Competence" from Lynda.com in various years.
