Lauren Brace has over a decade of experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where roles have included Senior Program Manager in Product Sustainability and Stewardship, Chief Engineer in Applied Physical Metrology for the Americas, and various leadership positions involving category management and tire compound development. Technical expertise encompasses tread compound innovation, cross-functional product development, and material technology implementation. Lauren has also contributed to leadership initiatives within Goodyear’s Women’s Network, serving as President and in other significant roles. Prior to Goodyear, Lauren earned a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, with research focused on supramolecular gels and novel materials for biomedical applications.
