Fangfang Zhu

Fangfang Zhu is a skilled software engineer currently employed at Google since July 2024, with previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Lightmatter from September 2023 to July 2024. Prior roles include Performance Architect at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included interconnect architecture modeling and performance tuning for Xeon Granite Rapids, and Senior Manager and Principal System Architect at Micron Technology, focusing on performance modeling for in-house memory controllers using Micron's 3DXP technologies. Additional experience encompasses designing 3D NAND media system architecture for enterprise SSDs at SanDisk® and performing physical layer optimization for LTE networks as a Wireless Research Intern at Huawei Technologies. Fangfang Zhu earned a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
