Jan Schwartz is an accomplished executive recruiter with extensive experience in high-level talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Practice Lead for Finance and People Operations at Google since February 2020, Jan previously held significant roles, including Director of Executive Recruiting at Newell Brands and Director of Lateral Recruiting for Corporate Functions at BlackRock.
