Neil Alger

Neil Alger has extensive experience in talent development and human capital, currently serving as the Director of PeopleDev Executive Services at Google, where previous titles included Head of Talent Development and Executive Talent Development Lead. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Senior Manager for Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting. Additionally, Neil has contributed to the literary community as Board Chair of Ugly Duckling Presse and has experience in sales and marketing as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Small Press Distribution. Neil also has a background in editorial work, having served as Managing Editor for DSstar and GRIDtoday at Tabor Communications. With an educational foundation that includes a BA in Literature (Contemporary Poetry) from Brown University and studies at Yale University, Neil combines a strong academic background with diverse professional experience.
